We’ll establish small businesses where persons with special needs will work in harmony and cohesion in in inclusive environment with professionals from all fields of life. We will provide seed money for the establishment of small business for the disabled. We will also establish restaurants, co-working spaces, small shops and cafes where Persons with Disabilities will also be employed along with others to help them earn a respectful living and integrate with the society through public dealing.
Cafe Qabil – Where all abilities are valued
The Specialist Welfare Organization established Café Qabil in Johar Town, Lahore, as an inclusive culinary initiative designed to empower individuals with disabilities. The café serves as a dedicated training ground and workplace, equipping employees with professional hospitality skills and enabling them to achieve financial independence with dignity.
